Our architect is RIBA qualified, and has been working in conjunction with David Smallcombe Ltd for the past twenty years. Having worked with us from the company's origin, he has an accute understanding of our ethics on quality of build, work practices, and the needs and requirements of our clients.
By using our design and build service, prospective clients can ensure a property adhering to their precise requirements. We can offer drawings from an initial concept, right through to the finalised plans. We also provide drawings for existing design modifications and alterations.
We are widely approached to produce drawings with which to obtain planning concent, and also offer detailed specification for building control, and listed buildings approval. We are also able to undertake the submission of planning applications on behalf of our clients.
