As part of our service we offer a comprehensive Architectural Design package, from concept through to completed project design. We will also undertake much of the arduous administration involved in the planning process.
Our architect is RIBA qualified, and has been working in conjunction with David Smallcombe Ltd for the past twenty years. Having worked with us from the company's origin, he has an accute understanding of our ethics on quality of build, work practices, and the needs and requirements of our clients.
By using our design and build service, prospective clients can ensure a property that meets their precise requirements. We can offer drawings from an initial concept, right through to the finalised plans. We also provide drawings for existing design modifications and alterations.
We are widely approached to produce drawings to obtain planning consent, and also to produce detailed specifications for building control and listed buildings approval. We are able to undertake the submission of planning applications on behalf of our clients.
